Visual Studio Code + Codex
Install codex to Visual Studio code
Create new project by opening a folder (create new folder for your ‘project’)
Click Settings in the Codex panel
Select Codex settings
Add server
Simply set just the url and you’re good to go if app is running and MCP is enabled
